Italian term or phrase: capacità patrimoniale
Appears in an accounting manual for a bank under the section discussing the accounting treatment of leases.

I see in the glossary that "capacità reddituale" can be traslated as "earning capacity", but I'm not sure how "capacità patrimoniale" fits in here.

Thanks,
Dominic

capital strength
Explanation:
"and profitablility" or just "results". Basically how much money do they have and how much are they making, where they is the "utilizzatore", the client.
Capital strength and results are the usual terms used.

Thanks Jim,
I decided to go with "capital strength and earnings potential" as per open source's suggestion.

-> I had actually put earnings capacity, but when I Googled it all the results were for individuals rather than firms.
