Bus/Financial - Accounting / fraud
Italian term or phrase: attivo movimentato
in a legal document discussing fraudulent and cretaive accouting within a collapsed company.

"nel [anno] i partners segnalavano a persona A e Persona B che l'attivo di [nome di società controllata] doveva essere "movimentato" sicchè quest'ultimo [persona B] costituivano il fondo X"

The inverted commas appear in the ST, and prob mean that this was the term used that the persons committing the fraud use to describe the transaction at the time

do you think this is "shuffling" "moving" "enlivening"??
The whole document is about the parent company used a load of offshore subsidiaries, false accounts etc. to conceal its losses

transferred assets

Explanation:
In other ProZ threads, "cespite movimentato" has been translated as "assets moved", which conveys quite well the idea. However, since it's talking about a company's assets being moved to outside the company, it's better to use "transferred" instead of "moved".
