Italian term or phrase: "...o di sui dia cert6o l'arrivo..."

This seems to be a typographical error which I've found in the 2010 financial statements of an Italian bank. Here is the full context:

< Il conto “Fatture da ricevere” rappresenta l’importo delle fatture arrivate successivamente al 31 dicembre 2010 o di sui dia cert6o l’arrivo, ma di competenza del 2010...>

My uneducated guess is that this means somehting like "within 60 days thereof" but your suggestions or explanation would be most welcome

In this context it seems clear enough to me as an explanation of what outstanding invoices are and hardly literal Phil:
"Outstanding invoices ... invoices that were received after .... or for which receipt is certain, ..."
