Italian term or phrase: la somma viene assunta
I am not sure how to translate "assunta" in this context

the document is called "visto di regolarità contabile attestante la copertura finanziaria (art. 151 comma 4 - T.U.E.L.)"

It begins: "[tickbox] La somma di € viene assunta al Titolo , Funzione , Servizio , Intervento , Capitolo , Articolo , del P.E.G./Bilancio 200 che presenta la seguente situazione contabile:
..."

later on in the form it says:
"[tickbox] La somma di € viene assunta negli interventi di spesa analiticamente indicati nell'allegato interno"

(the blank spaces occur in the document I have been given to translate)

the sum is shown/included
Explanation:
I don't fully understand what this form is for (it's the third hit on the Google page referenced below).

Assumere means to take on, in this case an obligation. However, we wouldn't say that in this context - it means where the liability is shown in the accounts.

many thanks for your suggestion of shown/included which works well here. I hadn't seen a form like this before either and as it was blank and just appended to another document that didn't help explain it, it was a bit tricky.
