Italian to English translations [PRO] Accounting / voce di bilancio
Explanation: In response to the asker's note and expanding on Peter's answer:
1. crediti verso collegate> claims against - i.e. amounts due/accounts receivable from - related companies (20% or more of capital: UK Companies Act 1981 and are usually also associated cos.)
2. differimento> (deferment of the proceeds..) = "roll-over/hold-over of capital gains from land disposals" .. the non-trading (?) accounts receivable have been discounted by showing on the financial (trading?) account a financial charge equal to ..
3. Under other rediscountings has been entered the financial charge relating to the discounting of claims against/ accounts receivable from/ related cos.

Post-grading, I see I must have missed the point.
Google weblink: \'Receivables Discounting. ... One of the most common reasons for discounting receivables
is the desire of a corporate to take assets off balance sheet. ... www.smbcgroup.com/apps/internet.nsf/ URLIndex/StrFinanceReceivables\'.
1. Def. > discounting of interest i.e. deduct the interest to produce an \'up-to-date\' picture.
2. Def.> receivables discounting, as above. Take the accounts receivable - when sold i.e. factored elsewhere for s.o. else to recover - off the balance sheet. Again, the picture is brought \'up-to-date\'.
Thank you, but I didn't ask for a full translation of the whole text...!! I only wantetd to have an explanation of the notion of "attualizzazione"... which I didn't get, anyway. I think "receivables discounting" is the corresponding expression... do you agree? Thank you everybody! 3 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
