Italian to English translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Advertising / Public Relations / ad for comic book
Italian term or phrase: Per San Valentino il cuore batte a strisce
This is an ad for an anthology of comic strips on the theme of love. It's impossible to translate literally, but the best I have come up with so far is "For St. Valentine's Day, try a little comic relief". It's catchy enough, I suppose, but "comic relief" suggests relief from something negative (which St. Valentine's Day might be for some!) Anybody feeling particularly inspired? Thanks to all!

In the end I went for "Love comes in strips in Valentine's Day" - not so catchy, maybe, but a little less "risqué" ! Thanks for your help.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Point taken, but note that Comic Relief (a BBC initiative which takes place every year) takes its name from a concept in literature

Asker: Sorry Linda - was replying to Skardo! I like your suggestion :-)

agree  skardo: I like it...."a strip for your heart" (note "comic relief" was a sort of "live-aid"/"live8" made by standup commedians)
