Italian term or phrase: non fare ma saper fare, è questa la nostra filosofia
Another slogan for a footwear manufacturer.
I was thinking of "not (only) to make, but the know-how to make, this is our philosophy". Does that sound fine? Any other idea?

Thanks!

Our philosophy is more than just making shoes – it’s know-how
Explanation:
