Italian term or phrase: punto di riferimento

hello- trying to find the catchiest/most appropriate term in this context- a site publicizing a company that rents boats.
The original reads "XX e' un punto di riferimento assoluto per l'affitto di barche nella zona e non solo".
Do you think I should use "sets the benchmark..."? Or say it sets the standard? Or that it provides the highest quality of service? Your thoughts please!
