"Resoconto Azioni” il sistema di rilevamento del numero di azioni e/o vendite concluse dal Cliente e generate dalla Campagne a Performance.

It's from an online advertising system.

I understand it to be some sort of statement that reports the amount "action"/ sales generated by the customer through the so-called performance campaigns (??)

Maybe you should keep the action because presumably in doing an after action report you include all results including sales. Perhaps the safest bet.
