I am adding two similar alternatives:
1. Eating well, feeling well.
2. Eating well, keeping well.
Here are two examples that I have found in English websites:
1. \"Eating Well, Feeling Well - support group for residents interested in overall health and fitness.\"
www.southportocapecod.com/index-community-calendar.asp
2. \"covering such areas as: Moving In; Making Choices; Feeling Safe; Rights and Responsibilities; Eating Well, Keeping Well.\"

  -> Grazie mille Sonia!

neutral  Michele Fauble: 'Having food' is normally understood as 'having food available'. In the sense of eating, 'have' sounds odd (like 'eat food'), unless the food or meal is specified (have chicken, have dinner). Is 'mangiare cibo' ok in Italian?
7 hrs
  -> Sorry Michele, but "having food" means "mangiare" too. And in my opinion, "to have food", is something more than "to eat", has something to do with the "ritual" of food. I don't understand what's the matter.
