Al termine delle manutenzioni la ditta deve fornire nel Release to Service l'elenco delle A.D., dei Service Bulletins, delle modifiche ed STC introdotti e applicati e di quelli eventualmente non applicati con relative motivazioni.

And I thought that STC stoo for Servizio Tecnico Centrale, but here that does not really match, does it?

Explanation:
I am 100 percent sure - I have worked in aircraft maintenance. I think STC is Supplemental Type Certificate (it has to be provided if any modifications have been carried out to certain components of aircraft, or if mods were supposed to be carried out and weren't a reason must be given and signed off before release to service) Hope this helps!
