neutral  Rachel Fell: market gardening maybe, but not if it's a large organis'n http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_gardening;horticulture is more about gardening, how to grow things - but can be used more widely, as the Dean writes in my Canadian link below

  -> Thanks Rachel. In fact, I think that "market gardening" would fit this description. An "agriturismo" should not be a very large organisation. I know I'm being stubborn, but I still believe hortic. involves both the production&the marketing of products :-*
