Agriculture / Grapes and wine | | Italian term or phrase: enina | Still in my technical vines/grapes article, I now have a list of substances found in the grape, some of which are proving elusive. For example:
"le antocianine (principalmente **enina**, monoglucoside della malvidina) colorano le bucce di rosso."
