Of the 10 sites are looked at on the subject of olive oil tasting neither term was mentioned. The terms used are 'aroma' and 'taste/flavour'. Of course it will depend on who your end reader is. |

| Grading comment I managed to find an equal number of references on google for olfactory test and aroma test, but gustatory test came up with zero. This was part of my decision to use taste and aroma test, instead of gustatory and olfactory test.
