My question: so the system is controlled by a junction box/ control panel... but are the "programmatori elettronici" technicians or are they merely talking about an electronic/ automated system? |

It seems the original is a loose translation of the technical term, which comes from English anyway. What they mean is a piece of hardware that CAN be programmed, but not necessarily one that needs a team of programmers to be sitting over it all the time when it operates. In other words, it's an automated system. |
