It seems to be some equipment in the traditional manufacture of olive oil (it is found in a museum.):
"la sezione dedicata all’antica tradizione locale dell’olio (con una collezione di strumenti e di attrezzature, dagli *stretto* ai fiscoli per la spremitura)"

Ho trovato che il torchio è chiamato anche "strettoio", stretto potrebbe essere in dialetto.

agree  Sonia Atkinson: This is the first thing that sprang to my mind too. Perhaps it is a typo and should read "strettoi".
