One of five soil working processes that I have no clue what could be. Perhaps grinding?

this is probably too lage for you but...
since a frangizolla is a disk harrow I would assume that frangizollatura is harrowing

or disk harrowing since I see you have erpicatura and an erpice is a toothed harrow so simple harrowing would not be sufficient to distinguish between the two
