Sarebbe una ciotola per fare le unzioni.

chrism jar
Explanation:
This would be in a religious - not pharmaceutical - context, and its purpose would be to contain the unguent, not manufacture it.
So, perhaps it is not exactly what you are looking for... but I thought I would offer it just in case.

ungentario
unguentary vase

Explanation:
Credo si tratti di un errore; il termine corretto è unguentario

Esiste, anche se raro, l'aggettivo

unguentary = of, like or pertaining to unguents; one who makes or sells unguents

Il Ragazzini riporta unguentary vase, che si trova anche in vari siti di interesse turistico (tradotti).

Spero ti possa aiutare

ungentario
ungent vessel

Explanation:
There might be a more specific term - but that might also depend on the period you are considering. (How about a bit more background information?)

My apologies - it must be "unguent". (I have looked it up in a book about Egyptian history.)

"unguentarium" is an other option and seems to be more frequently used than "unguent vessel".

Depending on the context, it might be a simple "ointment jar".
