Italian term or phrase: vaso a cestello
A type of Late Neolithic vessel found in Sardinia. I can't find an image anywhere so I'm not sure what this is. Thanks for any help.

was wondering earlier if it was "flat-bottomed bowl" but found this, where it shows this dish:
Vaso a cestello della cultura di Ozieri
Loc. Puìsteris, Mogoro (OR)
[Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Cagliari]
In the English version of this page it calls the dish a "A basket-shaped vase" which it isn't - a vase, at least - if you look at it. Looks like an open bowl or dish to me...

but also mentions
...some of whose tall, flat-bottomed vases have come down to us.

Hi Rachel. I'm not entirely sure about this (hence less points), but I've since found a few more photos and it seems to be an open, flat-bottomed bowl (much like a fruit bowl).

candlestick

Explanation:
I think vaso a cestello means a candlestick, not in the shape we usually see at churches nowadays, but with a flat and round bottom where you stick the candle in the middle like the one in the link below.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Yasutomo, thanks for your suggestion. Are you sure the photo in your link shows a candlestick? To me it looks like the base of a round-bottomed bowl with tapered sides.
