I need the name for this joint - as the authors have presented it.

Its taken from an article discussing various chemial and physical parameters of skeletons (not necessarilly human) as they go through the preservation and optionally fossilisation process.

"Le articolazioni labili che durano solo qualche settimana dalla fase di sepoltura sono:

I know the terms for all three components individually, its the name of the complete joint structure I need help with.

I think this is what you are looking for. Although the English term doesn't mention the shoulder blade, the picture I found clarifies the exact position of the joint.
