Italian term or phrase: l’accuratezza planimetrica
Describing an excavation of an amphitheatre and its findings, particularly regarding the overall size and use of the amphitheatre as a whole and its various parts:

Can I simply say "the planimetric accuracy"? It sounds stilted to me, but I'm no architecture expert, so I'd appreciate your opinions.
Thanks

the care taken in the planning
Explanation:
"L'accuratezza" has nothing to do with accuracy but is about care. Accuracy would be "precisione".

well/carefully-designed layout

Explanation:
in other contexts 'accuratezza planimetrica' would refer to the degree of deviation between the real and the represented object, but as it says of the monuments itself as evidenced by the service passages etc...
