Pertanto, la partecipazione al concorso prevede l’esecuzione del progetto rispetto all’obiettivo di comporre il nuovo insediamento secondo i caratteri **morfo-tipologici**, figurativi, funzionali ed esecutivi in grado di esplicitare la tradizione e la missione della società, in accordo ai principi e agli orientamenti progettuali propri della sperimentazione e dell’avanguardia contemporanee.

A literal rendering doesn't seem to me to mean much, so would be grateful for any creative ideas.

Explanation:
I interpret this as the physical format (or appearance) and building type (suitably vague but might include e.g. the company's preferred construction method or even the uses of the accommodation).
I would rewrite the whole sentence but, in a more literal translation, stylistic might cover the meanings not already duplicated in figurativi, funzionali ed esecutivi.
