Delfinale refers to a variety of Romanesque particular to the Dauphinate (or Dauphiné) which included several Piedmontese valleys. I think you can safely call it the local Romanesque style, otherwise you'll need to turn it round a little and say "typical Romanesque style of the Dauphinate" or something like that.
