This plant is traditionally being used to make an Apulian dairy product, the so-called "ricotta marzotica leccese"

Angela Arnone: 4:12pm Nov 27, 2006: I had that for kunch yesterday ... delicious!!!! But it's only known as orchardgrass or cocksfoot.
