are they talking about olive groves? is there a difference between "olivo" and "olivastro"? could "oleeti" refer to both?

Explanation:
i think this is the correct definition since is composed both by the cultivated variety of olive wood -ulivo- and the wild original species - olivastro. Same species different subspecies :)

agree  Rachel Fell: how about wild and cultivated olive groves/groves of wild and cultivated olives? I don't think "olea" would be so easily understood in Eng. http://aob.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/98/5/935 - thanks - Asker's text may just need "olive groves"
