Italian term or phrase: S.O.G.U.

This is a document from the Italian Ministry of Health authorizing the sale of a plant protection product:

(vista) la circolare del 10 giugno 1995 n. 17 (S.O.G.U. n. 145 del 23 giugno 1995)...

I know that G.U. = Gazzetta Ufficiale. Can anyone guess what S.O. means?
