Italian to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Italian term or phrase:prospetto negoziale
The term is used in Board minutes as part of the description of the company Chief Executive Officer's powers, and is in the following sentence:
-sottoscrivere tutti gli atti necessari alla partecipazione a gare bandite da amministrazioni e/o enti pubblici ed alla sottoscrizione dei relativi contratti quali: richieste di invito o partecipazione, offerte tecniche ed economiche, prospetti negoziali, capitolati d’appalto e capitolati di oneri, atti di esecuzione contrattuale
I've already considered "negotiating prospectus" but I don't think such a document exists. All help appreciated!

Notes to answerer
Asker: What is a contractual prospectus? I have a feeling the "prospetto negoziale", a term I've not been able to find anywhere on Google, is some kind of document demonstrating the market prospects/projections of a submitted tender, but I'm open to further suggestion.
