Italian term or phrase: ordini a consumo
Hello again! Any ideas on how to translate ordini a consumo? It is part of a contract and the sentence explains that "ordini a consumo" shall be understood to be tacitly accepted after 7 days from the date of their submission. Thanks a lot!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for your answer. As far as I am aware, I think ordini a consumo means the same as ordini consuntivi, which implies that there is no quote involved at the beginning and that the client will pay the final price based on what has been supplied.

"Rolling contracts" are one method of presenting standard forms to contracting parties, including consumers.... In a rolling contract, a purchaser orders goods and pays for them before seeing most of the terms, which come later in or on the packaging of the goods. The purchaser can return the goods for a limited time period.

"rolling orders" are the deliveries made against a "rolling contract", the pricing for the goods is adjusted with each invoice , and the purchaser has the right to return them within a certain period of time..

"Gli ordini a consumo si intendono tacitamente accettati decorsi 7 (sette) giorni dalla data di inoltro del consuntivo"

Here's a quote from a law article on the subject of rolling contracts and related orders
http://works.bepress.com/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1001&co...
I. BRIEF OVERVIEW OF ROLLING CONTRACTS
Rolling contracts3 are contracts formed over time, with the seller
presenting the terms in batches. Some terms are provided before or
during the purchase or order, while others are provided later. These
transactions typically give the buyer a right to return a purchased
item or cancel a purchased service to avoid the transaction.4
