this is from an invoice, issued by an AD company to an airport. The ad company put up backlit billboards and the airport company pays for it.
The sentence is followed by a table with adescription of the number of billboards, size, cost etc.
I have never come across that very flowery (or formal?) expression. Is there any specific expression used in English or should I just use a general translation (something like 'We will be pleased to provide the advertising services at the specific conditions listed below').
