Italian term or phrase: e parte di mio pugno
For notary documents, would like to find the English equivalent of this, never seen it before in Italian, thanks

and in my own hand
Explanation:
This is what immediately comes to mind and a Google on the phrase coupled with the word notary comes up with a few million Ghits, which seem to be of good quality.
It is a little ancient, but still current and sounds much less antiquated than the Italian.

Yes it was late. Thank you Shera and Lara, of course it SHOULD BE, "partly in my own hand".

Explanation:
it may also be intended as machine written, but the point is that it's the notary drawing it up rather than a secretary
