Italian term or phrase: Tribunale di Patti
I have a certificato di carichi pendenti, issued by the public prosecutors office "Presso il Tribunale Civile e Penale di Patti". Can anyone shed some light on this court? Does it deal strictly with contracts?

p.s. voting pro to non-pro or vice versa requires three votes for reclassification, we just need two more... ;-) Ciao!

Notes to answerer
Asker: I just slapped my forehead and was coming back to withdraw the question, but you got here first. :-) Thanks for answering my idiotic question.

Asker: PS: you're right of course that this shouldn't be a PRO question. How do I change that?
