Italian term or phrase: editoria istituzionale
I know for sure that 'editoria aziendale' is 'corporate publishing', but I'm racking my brains on 'editoria istituzionale', i.e. all the guides, booklets and printed matter published by agencies on behalf of local authorities, regional governments and so on.
