Tech/Engineering - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng | | Italian term or phrase: diacasaggio | I have found non google hits and no dictionary entries which makes me suspect a typo/transcaription error. I am translating transcribed speech. The document describes the various processes for producing vinyl chloride monomer and latex, cleaning autoclaves etc.
"Poi durante lo scarico dello slarri 229 nella tramoggia e nel serbatoio del diacasaggio; terzo, durante lo scarico dell acque di lavaggio di un autoclave..."
Any ideas what "diacasaggio" should be, or if its a real word, and how to translate? Thanks |

I understand the term which is mentioned is wrong, the term should be degasaggio, which means degassing.
