Italian term or phrase: un mac di 200 parti per milione
It's only the word "mac" that puzzles me, as i assume the rest is "of 200 parts per million". I am wondering if it really is "mac" in the Italian or a mistranscription of "max"

I've just had this come up in one of my own translations - in my case the Italian was given as CAm, but given the context it seems plausible that the speaker has used the English abbreviation directly.
