Most of it is straightforward regulatory language but then we suddenly dive off into a bit of chemistry. If anyone can suggest a specific term for "basi di supporto" I should be grateful.
L'inertizzazione si basa sulle proprietà del reagente di produrre un rifiuto immobilizzato in una matrice solida. Sono sviluppate due tipologie di processi, note come: stabilizzazione e solidificazione.
La stabilizzazione: E' un processo in cui i contaminanti (es. metalli pesanti) sono completamente o parzialmente legati grazie all'aggiunta di ***basi di supporto***, leganti o altri modificatori.
