Alcune sostanze sono state eliminate: Ftalati ,Cloropraffine ecc.altre tipo toluolo pure ,in quanto i francesi hanno proibito il loro uso nei P.V.

Not sure what the adjective form of "vernice" is - but perhaps they're just referring to paint/varnish products in general.
