Italian to English translations [PRO] Art/Literary - Cinema, Film, TV, Drama | | Italian term or phrase: classe da vendere | So far I have put 'in a class of his own'...is this correct? or is there a better way? It's an article about Toni Servillo, Italian actor. Context below. Thanks. Sophie
Classe da vendere e talento naturale, Toni Servillo è al Festival di Cannes da protagonista: per Matteo Garrone interpreta Gomorrah, crudo racconto della camorra a Napoli, e per Paolo Sorrentino è mattatore ne Il divo, ritratto dell’Italia raccontata attraverso la figura enigmatica di Giulio Andreotti, per oltre 50 anni ai vertici della politica nazionale |

| Note from asker to answererDear all, thanks very much. I used my own translation 'in a class of his own' at the end but I saved the epitomy (not epidemy! obviously) of class one as think that's good as well. Thanks to the usual suspects out there who helped. Soph 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |

Explanation: In italian it can also be said " di alta classe", which is more slang.
In French you can say "classe a revendre".
