Il servizio di fatto sostituisce gran parte degli interventi tecnici che normalmente vengono effettuati dal personale tecnico che necessariamente deve spostarsi presso la sede del cliente per realizzare l'intervento stesso e dunque gravando una operazione magari di 1/2 ora con spese importanti indotte dai costi di trasferimento (carburante, tempo trasferimento, autostrade, pasti, parcheggi, ecc.); inoltre programmare un intervento presso il cliente richiede una organizzazione logistica che non sempre può essere tempestiva. |
