causa dell’incident;
— diagnosi di livello zero sulla probabile causa dell’incident.
2. Avvio procedure gestione di disservizio:
— tracciamento disservizio;
— comunicazione di apertura di disservizio ai soggetti interessati. Probabile causa:
a) apparati di rete di BB (Trasporto,IP) o piattaforme di servizio
(voce,dati,mobile); ingaggio Network/Service Platform Operations
b) taglio fibra; ingaggio Field Operations – Fibra
c) DSLAM o allarme ambientale(temperatura, incendi,alimentazione)
ingaggio Field Operations – Technology
- servizi down TI WS ; ingaggio OLO.

Mi pare che si tratta d'un servizio "wholesale" (WS) della Telecom Italia (TI). Sul primo sito di riferimento si legge la frase seguente:
"Il sito TI-WS è per l'offerta dedicata alla vendita di connettività
all'ingrosso da parte di TI ad altri isp."
Nel contesto c) del tuo documento riguardo i DSLAM, che è senz'altro un servizio offerto dalla TI, mi sembra giusta una tale lettura. Che ne pensi?

Forse servirebbe di più una frase generica come "Internet connection down" or "TI circuit down". |
