Italian term or phrase: Striscia led luminosa
The whole sentence is: quattro monitor proiettano video sui progetti del Gruppo e una striscia led luminosa diffonde notizie in tempo reale sui principali avvenimenti del Paese".
I suppose this is when information runs horizonatally at the bottom of the screen (or something of the sort) but I don't how to translate 'striscia led luminosa'.

Explanation:
I understand this is a group of four monitors together with LED's running under them to display text and information. This is the type of set-up found in TV newsrooms under the monitors for various channels.

They are called LED tickers and are also known as 'LED crawlers' in news broadcasting jargon.

The translation text asks for una striscia led luminosa diffonde notizie in tempo reale with text. It does not describe a single row or strip of LED's all in one row of single lights.
