Tali strade, sono l’evoluzione di vecchi corridoi utilizzati per il collegamento di centri urbani e spesso sono state progettate senza il rispetto di alcuna normativa stradale. Nel corso degli anni poi, per la gran parte di esse si è verificata un ‘urbanizzazione edilizia al contorno non regolamentata da piani urbanistici, quindi risulta, quanto mai difficoltoso intervenire, per problemi di esproprio, migliorando la sicurezza stradale ovvero, ricostruendo i punti neri della strada come nel caso delle curve pericolose con scarsa visibilità ed in cui non è garantita la distanza di arresto). |
