Le gabbie di armatura, di dimensioni e peso notevoli devono essere costruite secondo le Specifiche tecniche e ai disegni esecutivi. In genere gli elementi della gabbia vengono confezionati orizzontalmente sul terreno per tutta la loro lunghezza. Se è necessario l’assemblaggio a sezioni, queste devono essere adeguatamente collegate con metodo sottoposto alla Direzione lavori.
Sia i telai in acciaio, posti tra le barre di rinforzo principali, sia i bracci diagonali sulle facce principali garantiscono rigidità alla gabbia per evitare deformazioni durante la movimentazione, sollevamento e abbassamento nello scavo.
Inoltre le gabbie dei pannelli a T, se del caso, devono essere muniti di barre di acciaio aggiuntive tra i due elementi come bracci temporanei, per evitare la torsione durante la movimentazione. Tali barre devono essere fissate meccanicamente alle barre di rinforzo principali e rimosse quando la gabbia è calata nello scavo." |
