Contesto praticamente ridotto al minimo, si parla di scavi e rinforzi per gli stessi:
"Le norme sismiche vigenti impongono lunghezze di ancoraggio significative per i ferri correnti in travi (e pilastri). Nei nodi di bordo in cui la trave non prosegue queste prescrizioni vengono spesso trascurate. Per ovviare a questa situazione sembrerebbe logico per il calcolo elastico di telai a nodi mobili introdurre delle riduzioni di rigidezza nelle sezioni in cui la trasmissione di elevati momenti flettenti pare del tutto fittizio. Non so se questo è in contrasto con il punto 4.1.1.3 Calcolo lineare elastico con ridistribuzioni del DM 9/1/96 dove si legge: “Nei telai in cui sono affidate rilevanti forze orizzontali non è consentita alcuna ridistribuzione senza controllo con calcolo non lineare.”, e con l’EC2 punto 2.5.3.4.2. “In generale non è ammessa ridistribuzione per i telai a nodi mobili.” Un commento sarebbe interessante."
