If the segment is about wines, then "perfume" wouldn't be appropriate. I suppose "fragrance" would fit both contexts nicely.

Yes it is a cosmetics question - the text is about a perfume maker. This particular segment talks about her using her skills as a perfume maker to analyse fragrances of wines as well, so there is that little cross-over. The term that rfmoon has added obviously refers to this term within a viticulture context. I like your solution of perfume bar which I think fits in the context of perfumes very well, although given that they are talking about the "perfume" of a wine, perhaps "fragrance bar" might work - what do you think?
