From a cellulite treatment description:

"Le Ampie oscillazioni di aspirazione e pressione favoriscono le attività di scollamento dei tessuti superficiali da quelli profondi rimuovendo le **sinechie e i tralci fibrotici** che causano l’aspetto a materasso della cellulite fibrosa e sclerotica"

I'm not sure about these two terms.
I'm wondering if "tralci fibrotici" are simply "fibrotic connective tissue"?
And "sinechie"? All I find is "synechiae", but think there might be a less scientific term used in this sector.
