Explanation:
The Zingarelli gives the sense of "effetto plastico" as "che crea o suggerisce l'idea del rilievo, del movimento armonico". The Corriere della Sera entry below may be of use as well.
For a translation that would be more along the lines of the typical English marketing jargon someone from that area would need to speak up; I don't think that way. :) That said, a search for 'royal jelly harmonizing' turns up quite a number of examples, so this would seem to fit.
