Explanation:
I know I'm nit-picking here but "tax details" means the actual tax payments made by the company.

Normally in English this would be expressed as "the company's VAT number" because that's the only identifier that matters in invoicing. But in Italy we have the codice fiscale as well, which presents a problem. Conveniently, many companies have the same number for partita IVA, codice fiscale, and REA number. But many don't.

So I would suggest this solution.
