Una cosa soprattutto però non convince: la vera, intima causa che ha scatenato la crisi economica in cui ci troviamo non ha trovato spazio adeguato, pur essendo presente nei considerando del testo. E si tratta di una causa non contingente, ma di una causa strutturale, non soltanto economico. La crisi finanziaria è nata soprattutto dall’illusione, coltivata dalle élites della finanza e della politica mondiale, che nel terzo millennio l’economia e la ricchezza dell’umanità potesse fondarsi più sulla finanza che sulla produzione di beni, più sulla creazione mirabolante di prodotti di ingegneria bancaria che non su quello che concretamente viene creato, prodotto, venduto, commercializzato da centinaia e centinaia di milioni di realtà imprenditoriali nel mondo. Non riconoscendo la giusta importanza alla necessità, ^^^che è quasi di cultura economica e politica^^^, del recupero del primato dell’economia reale su quella virtuale, la relazione è condannata fatalmente a suggerire vie d’uscite dalla crisi che alla fine non rappresenterebbero una vera soluzione. L’Europa non ha bisogno di un ulteriore accentramento di poteri economici a livello comunitario. L’Europa ha bisogno di impresa e meno burocrazia. Il mio voto è pertanto contrario. |

I reckon that they mean not recognizing the need to restoring a real economy, is a typical thought of those whose culture is developed among political and economical values
A second variation to include the ton of the speech could be which, we could say, belongs to an economical and political culture but it depends if this is a speech or a written article. Both the variation would work either way but I'd keep the first for a written article and the second for a speech
