Si tratta di due documenti di trasporto, uno viene emesso per reso lavorato, ossiam merce presa in carico, lavorata e riconsegnata. L'altro invece viene emesso perché la merce presa in carico veiene restituita non lavorata.

Explanation:
"Reso" or "rese" is "returns", that much I feel sure about. How the notion of finished and untouched is to be translated I am less happy about, but this is the best I can come up with.
