Italian term or phrase: laurea specialistica in medicina
i would like to hear from someone who is into medicine or regularly works with medical stuff please. this "laurea specialistica", i know for sure, is conferred after a 6-year-course. i am not sure whether a bachelor can express and mean the same length of course. i know someone even calls it "magistrale" to differ it from a simple "triennale" or "breve". thank you

MBBS

Explanation:
http://mbbs.ncl.ac.uk/public/index/
http://www1.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/teaching/undergraduate/m...
http://www.indiaedu.com/articles/mbbs.html

In some other educational systems and subjects, undergraduate education is post-secondary education up to the level of a master's degree, for example in some science and engineering courses in Britain and some medicine courses in Europe." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Undergraduate_education
